Your data, plainly

This page explains what Nujai Creative collects through this website, why, who handles it on our behalf, how long it is kept, and how you can see, correct or delete it.

Who is responsible

Thomas Primard, a sole trader working as Nujai Creative, is responsible for the personal data collected on this website. For any question about your data, write to:

What we collect, and why

The free AI audit
Your answers to the questions, your first name, your email address, the language of the page, the consents you give (with their date and the version of this page), and a salted hash of your IP address, never the address itself. We use them to write and send your audit, to answer you if you reply, and to limit abuse of the form. Basis: your request for the audit, and our legitimate interest in keeping the form safe.
The newsletter
Your email address, only if you tick the newsletter box on the audit form or subscribe to the newsletter on this site. We use it to send you the newsletter. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.
The contact form
Your name, your email address and your message, sent to Thomas by email so he can answer you. Basis: your request.

This website uses no advertising or audience-measurement trackers, and its fonts are served from this site. Like any web host, Hostinger may keep technical access logs, such as IP addresses, to run and secure the server.

Your audit is written by AI

The audit you receive is generated automatically by an AI model (Claude, by Anthropic) from your answers, following instructions written by Thomas. It is sent without human review. It is a first look, not a full diagnosis or professional advice, and it can contain mistakes.

A copy of your answers and of your audit is also emailed to Thomas, so he can follow up if you reply or book a call.

Who handles your data for us

A few providers help us run this website. Each one processes your data only to provide its service to us, under its own terms.

Anthropic
Its API writes your audit from your answers, under Anthropic's standard commercial terms: by default, data sent through the API is not used to train its models. Anthropic states that it deletes API inputs and outputs within 30 days of receipt or generation, and may keep them longer in limited cases, such as enforcing its usage policy (up to 2 years for content flagged as a violation) or when the law requires it.

Brevo
Sends our emails (your audit, contact messages, the newsletter) and holds the newsletter list.
Brevo privacy policy
Cloudflare Turnstile
Checks that the audit form is sent by a person and not by a bot.

Supabase
Hosts the database where audit requests are stored.

Hostinger
Hosts this website and runs its forms.

Some of these providers are based outside the European Union, in particular in the United States, so your data may be processed there. Their own terms are on the pages linked above.

How long we keep it

Audit requests, and the details that come with them, are deleted 24 months after your request if you have not become a client.

Your newsletter subscription lasts until you unsubscribe.

Contact messages are kept in Thomas's mailbox for as long as needed to answer and follow up your request.

You can ask for deletion at any time, as explained below.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to receive a copy of it, or to object to its use. You can withdraw a consent at any time.

To do so, reply to any email you received from us, or write to:

hello@nujai-creative.com

We answer within one month. If you think your data is mishandled, you can also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority. cnil.fr

Changes to this page

When this page changes, its version changes too. The consents you give on the audit form record the version you read.
